Can't Connect To Internet Explorer - "Internet Explorer cannot display the webpage"

After running malwarebytes anti-malware and fixing the problem on my laptop, I can not connect to the internet.
When clicking internet explorer the "Internet Explorer connot display the webpage" comes up.
I've reset my router and plugged in the ethernet
cord and that doesn't fix the problem.
Can anyone help me.

Tweak IE Options

• Open Internet Explorer.
• Go to "Tools > Internet Options > Advanced Tab".
• Uncheck "Enable third-party browser extensions".
• Click "Apply".
  
• Reboot your computer.
