Dear brother's & sister's of the community, i can't seem to use my troubleshooter at all eventhough the date & time are correctly set.I keep getting the same pop up on my laptop screen which says "An unexpected error has occurred.
The troubleshooting wizard
can't continue with the following information:Error code-0x80300113, Path-c:/windows/diagnostics/system/networking, Package ID-Network Diagnostics, Source:engine, Content-restricted, Aggregating results"  whenever i try using windos troubleshooter to troubleshoot
anything.
I've tried everything to no avail, i ve even tried asking my laptop producer which is Dell & after failing they to adviced me to get help from Microsoft since windows is a product of Microsoft! Finally after trying everything i could think of I have
turned to my community for help so please help me solve this problem urgently.
