An unexpected error has occurred.

I am in the process of setting up a webiste via Vista Print.  However, every time I click on "edit website" - I get a message saying "An unexpected error has occurred".  I click ok and it allows me to do a small amount of work on it until I either get
the same message again or I get "Stop running Script yes/no" message and I have to close everytime down and re-start on computer.  It is driving me nuts and taking me ages to get the website done.  I'm not that good at computers (you may have guessed already). 
Can anyone help?

To check for Windows updates
