Ideas:Is Win7 possibly using a different service instead of Bonjour Service? Itis not listed in my services.
So at the end of itunes ap.
I get Bonjour service did not start.
Before i add Bonjour, I want to make sure there is not a problem with it.
 or do
I need to make a setting under services automatic? If so which one?  Is Itunes worth all this headache?

Windows 7 does indeed depend on Bonjour service.

What’s the exact error message you receive?

When do you receive the error message? Are you trying to synchronize an iPod or an iPhone using iTunes, by any chance?
 
I’d recommend you to
uninstall the iTunes program and
re-install the same again in administrator mode.

 
To install the program in administrator mode,
 
1.
Locate the program icon, right-click click Run as administrator.
 
2.
When the UAC message is displayed, do one of the following:
 
·          If you are logged on as a standard user, or if UAC is configured to always require credentials, enter the appropriate administrative credentials, and then click OK.
·          If you are logged on as an administrator and UAC is not configured to always require credentials, click Yes to start the application.
 
Proceed with the installation.
 
Note: Make sure you select and install
Bonjour during the iTunes setup.

Open Action Center by clicking the Start button Picture of the Start button, clicking Control Panel, and then, under System and Security, clicking Review your computer's status.
