any1 did upgrade this day and start gettin windows froze internet froze after update? plz let me know how to fix it

yesterday i upgrade my windows the normal update it ask i remember was 4 upgrade when it done it automatically restart pc then i open internet explorer n start gettin froze n when i close it windows start get froze n dun let me shut down .
when i finally
see pc shut down i restart and shut down again but windows keep frozin any1 know what i should do?

Using Windows troubleshooter:

• Click on Search on Charm bar and type Troubleshooting. Click on the very first option.
• A new window will open. Click View all from the left pane.
• Scroll down to the bottom and click on Windows update.
