BACKING UP BOOKMARKS AND FAVORITES
I am using Internet Explorer 8 and want to back up my bookmarks and favorites. Can I import and export them? I got information online saying to go into the file menu in Internet Explorer and open "Import and Export" and you could select an area to back
up your favorites. I do not see a "File" menu in Internet Explorer 8. How do I do create a backup of my favorites or bookmarks?

Boot in Safe Mode:
- Open Run command as previously described
- Type MSConfig
- Click on Boot tab
- Tick Safe boot in Boot option
- Select Network
- Click Apply and OK
- Reboot your system
Your system will boot in Safe mode with Networking. You may now try and open Windows Store and should not see any errors.
